Ken Burnett

Ken Burnett is an author, lecturer and consultant on fundraising, marketing and communications for nonprofit organisations worldwide. Ken is author of the seminal 'Relationship Fundraising' and is the founder of SOFII, the Showcase of Fundraising Innovation and Inspiration.


Professor Adrian Sargeant

Professor Adrian Sargeant is the world’s foremost fundraising academic.  Adrian is Director of the Hartsook Centre for Sustainable Philanthropy, holds a Chair in Fundraising at Plymouth University as well as visiting appointments at Avila University and Queensland University.  Adrian is an author of the Great Fundraising research which frames much of our thinking.


Professor Jen Shang

Professor Jen Shang is a philanthropic psychologist and director of research at the Hartsook Centre for Sustainable Philanthropy.  She specialises in making link between academic research and professional practice.  her work increases fundraising by enhancing the donor experience.  Jen is also an author of the Great Fundraising research.


Kerry Vandersypen

Kerry has raised vast amounts of money at Diabetes UK and working with Alan at WSPA.  Kerry is Managing Director of our London agency, Revolutionise and specialises in the 'What's next?' implementation and planning for Great Fundraising clients.



Dr. Graeme White

After 35 years in leadership positions at multinational corporates, Graeme has spent the last 12 years focussing on financial sustainability as CEO of not-for-profit organisations.  In 2015, Graeme launched the journey to achieve massive fundraising growth at Guide Dogs NSW/ACT, including substantial investment, management restructure, resource re-allocation and internal communication to align the culture of the organisation.


Malene Fregil

Malene is our seminar designer.  Malene's career has bridged academia at the Universities of Copenhagen and Minnesota, and voluntary sector marketing and management, and has worked at HLF in Norway and Ingerfair in Denmark. 


Margit Mulder

Margit is our high energy and idealistic concept and art director.  She is a Dutch-Brit, and trained at Saatchi and the University of Oslo before an illustrious career in social purpose agencies in London.  She is rather special in developing concepts live with clients, during our seminars.


Steve Swingler

Steve is a fundraising specialist concept and art director and graphic designer.  More than fifteen years direct experience and more than 100 causes give Steve a unique ability to transcend copy and art, together with clients, as campaigns and brand propositions unfold in real time.


Pam Shaw

Pam is responsible for great events at the Inch, ensuring each delegate is equipped for the full “Inch Experience”. Hailing from a fundraising background, she has organised many successful events for the charities with whom she worked. A true “people-person”, Pam is our main point of contact for the practical running of all Inch courses and seminars.


Lucy Gower

Lucy is a coach, trainer and consultant specialising in giving people the inspiration, unity and tools to think creatively, develop ideas and make their innovations happen. She is bestselling author and a global speaker on innovation.


John Murdoch
